De aceea, una dintre mizele atelierelor a fost s\u0103 conect\u0103m informa\u021bia despre consumul de alcool \u0219i droguri cu ceva foarte concret: protejarea drumului t\u0103u mai departe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen via\u021ba de zi cu zi, se pot aduna stresul, oboseala, presiunea performan\u021bei, grija banilor, grija rela\u021biilor, nevoia de a fi acceptat\/\u0103 sau nesiguran\u021ba legat\u0103 de viitor. Chiar \u0219i doar c\u00e2teva dintre ele pot fi mult de dus. Problema este c\u0103, atunci c\u00e2nd ceva pare la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i apare des \u00een jur, riscul poate deveni mai u\u0219or de ignorat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ateliere am discutat \u0219i despre faptul c\u0103 normalizarea schimb\u0103 felul \u00een care percepem riscul. Din p\u0103cate, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, consumul de alcool este normalizat. Cu fiecare ocazie \u2013 anivers\u0103ri, s\u0103rb\u0103tori, concediu, c\u0103 e weekend, c\u0103 e frig \u2013 alcoolul este pe mas\u0103. C\u00e2nd e prezent peste tot, creierul \u00eel cite\u0219te ca norm\u0103 social\u0103 (\u201ea\u0219a se face\u201d), nu ca substan\u021b\u0103 cu risc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acela\u0219i timp, v\u00e2rsta conteaz\u0103. Creierul nu este \u201egata format\u201d nici la 18 ani, nici imediat dup\u0103. El continu\u0103 s\u0103 se maturizeze \u0219i la \u00eenceputul vie\u021bii adulte, mai ales \u00een zonele care \u021bin de aten\u021bie, impulsuri, decizii \u0219i reglare emo\u021bional\u0103. De aceea, alcoolul \u0219i drogurile pot afecta mai puternic somnul, memoria, concentrarea \u0219i felul \u00een care reac\u021bionezi. Iar c\u00e2nd consumul \u00eencepe devreme \u0219i se repet\u0103, cre\u0219te riscul ca aceste efecte s\u0103 se adune \u00een timp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De aceea, e important s\u0103 privim consumul nu doar ca pe o alegere de moment, ci \u0219i ca pe ceva influen\u021bat de context, v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u0219i mediu. Mai jos g\u0103se\u0219ti c\u00e2teva date relevante care ajut\u0103 s\u0103 vezi imaginea de ansamblu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"177\" height=\"177\" src=\"https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3891\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-2.png 177w, https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-2-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 177px) 100vw, 177px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce arat\u0103 datele despre consumul de alcool \u00een Rom\u00e2nia:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Consumul de alcool este normalizat foarte devreme \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jum\u0103tate dintre adolescen\u021bii de 15\u201316 ani au consumat alcool chiar \u00een ultima lun\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La nivel de popula\u021bie adult\u0103, Rom\u00e2nia (12,3 L alcool pur \/ persoan\u0103 \/ an) consum\u0103 peste media european\u0103 (8,5 L alcool pur \/ persoan\u0103 \/ an), iar consumul este \u00een cre\u0219tere<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"348\" height=\"367\" src=\"https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3892\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-3.png 348w, https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-3-284x300.png 284w, https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-3-256x270.png 256w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 348px) 100vw, 348px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alcool: ce merit\u0103 s\u0103 ai \u00een vedere<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Alcoolul este o substan\u021b\u0103 toxic\u0103 \u0219i psihoactiv\u0103 care produce dependen\u021b\u0103, iar efectele consumului pot fi:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe termen scurt (\u00een aceea\u0219i sear\u0103 \/ zilele urm\u0103toare):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Coordonare \u0219i reflexe mai slabe \u2192 accidente (c\u0103deri, lovituri), risc mai mare \u00een trafic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Judecat\u0103 afectat\u0103 \/ impulsivitate \u2192 decizii pe care nu le-ai lua \u201ctreaz\u201d (conflicte, riscuri sexuale, violen\u021b\u0103)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intoxica\u021bie\/otr\u0103vire cu alcool \u2192 poate ajunge la pierderea cuno\u0219tin\u021bei, risc medical grav<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blackout-uri<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe termen mediu \u0219i lung (mai ales cu episoade repetate):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Creierul e \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een dezvoltare (p\u00e2n\u0103 spre 25+): alcoolul poate afecta dezvoltarea, aten\u021bia, memoria, controlul impulsurilor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103: poate amplifica anxietatea\/depresia (mai ales c\u00e2nd e folosit ca \u201estrategie de reglare\u201d); scade toleran\u021ba la stres f\u0103r\u0103 alcool (\u201eam nevoie ca s\u0103 fiu ok\u201d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103n\u0103tate fizic\u0103: cre\u0219te riscul de boli (ficat, inim\u0103, pancreas), iar consumul pe termen lung e legat \u0219i de risc crescut pentru mai multe tipuri de cancer. <strong>Aspectul fizic se deterioreaz\u0103 (fa\u021b\u0103 buh\u0103it\u0103, piele uscat\u0103 \u0219i \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nit\u0103, sc\u0103derea vederii)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Impact social &amp; \u0219colar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Conflicte \u00een rela\u021bii, provocarea de suferin\u021b\u0103 celor care te iubesc, situa\u021bii ru\u0219inoase\/traumatizante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performan\u021b\u0103 \u0219colar\u0103 afectat\u0103: oboseal\u0103, lips\u0103 de concentrare, absen\u021be, sc\u0103dere a randamentului, abandonarea studiilor, pierderea oportunit\u0103\u021bilor de calificare profesional\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comportament sexual nepotrivit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comportamente antisociale \u0219i probleme cu legea: b\u0103t\u0103i din cauza impulsivit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i violen\u021bei crescute, distrugere de bunuri, amenzi, cazier, \u00eenchisoare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103r\u0103cie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen caz de consum totu\u0219i, verific\u0103 pliantul de mai jos pentru a-\u021bi reminti c\u00e2teva m\u0103suri de siguran\u021b\u0103 de care s\u0103 \u021bii cont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"188\" height=\"188\" src=\"https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3893\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-4.png 188w, https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-4-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 188px) 100vw, 188px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Statistici relevante despre consumul de droguri \u00een regiunea de Nord-Est a \u021b\u0103rii:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cen regiunea N-E, consumul este parte din realitatea local\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NSP-urile au dep\u0103\u0219it canabisul \u00een datele de prevalen\u021b\u0103 (5,1% vs 3,6%). <strong><em>NSP = <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>noi substan\u021be psihoactive <\/em><\/strong><em>(\u201eetnobotanice\u201d). <\/em><em>Sunt substan\u021be de sintez\u0103, adesea imprevizibile, mai ieftine \u0219i foarte riscante.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cele mai vulnerabile v\u00e2rste sunt 15\u201319 \u0219i 25\u201329, adic\u0103 sunt expuse perioadele de tranzi\u021bie educa\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i personal\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consecin\u021bele sunt concrete: <strong>305 admiteri la tratament <\/strong>(68% dintre cazuri pentru canabis) \u0219i <strong>238 urgen\u021be medicale \u00eentr-un singur an <\/strong>(principalele cauze: sedative, NSP, canabis).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"444\" height=\"445\" src=\"https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3894\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-5.png 444w, https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-5-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-5-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/nicugane.ro\/nou\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-5-269x270.png 269w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 444px) 100vw, 444px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A\u0219adar, consumul exist\u0103, are impact medical real \u0219i apare cel mai tentant la v\u00e2rstele de tranzi\u021bie educa\u021bional\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Droguri: ce merit\u0103 s\u0103 ai \u00een vedere<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Drogurile sunt substan\u021be psihoactive care pot produce dependen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i pot afecta direct creierul.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efectele consumului depind de substan\u021b\u0103, doz\u0103, combina\u021bii, v\u00e2rst\u0103, corp \u0219i starea psihic\u0103, iar acestea pot fi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pe termen scurt (\u00een aceea\u0219i sear\u0103 \/ zilele urm\u0103toare):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aten\u021bie, memorie \u0219i coordonare afectate<\/strong> \u2192 accidente (c\u0103deri, lovituri), risc \u00een trafic \/ la volan \/ pe biciclet\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Judecat\u0103 afectat\u0103 \/ impulsivitate<\/strong> \u2192 decizii pe care nu le-ai lua \u201etreaz\u201d (conflicte, riscuri sexuale, violen\u021b\u0103).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anxietate, panic\u0103, paranoia<\/strong> (mai ales \u00een contexte stresante, doze mari sau produse necunoscute).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intoxica\u021bie acut\u0103<\/strong>: stare de confuzie sever\u0103, agita\u021bie extrem\u0103, le\u0219in; la unele substan\u021be risc de convulsii sau probleme cardiace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pe termen mediu \u0219i lung (mai ales cu episoade repetate):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Creierul e \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een formare (p\u00e2n\u0103 spre 25+)<\/strong>: consumul repetat poate afecta \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea, memoria, autocontrolul \u0219i motiva\u021bia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risc de dependen\u021b\u0103<\/strong>: creierul \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 \u201escurt\u0103tura\u201d spre u\u0219urare\/recompens\u0103 \u2192 apare pofta (craving) \u0219i nevoia de a consuma ca s\u0103 te sim\u021bi \u201eok\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103<\/strong>: asociere cu anxietate\/depresie; pentru unele substan\u021be \u0219i la unii oameni, risc de episoade psihotice\/paranoide (mai ales la consum intens).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumul <strong>blocheaz\u0103 mecanismele de autoreglare &#8211; control emo\u021bional, r\u0103bdare, motiva\u021bie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S\u0103n\u0103tate fizic\u0103<\/strong>: \u2192 de la creier (<strong>schimb\u0103 conexiunile dintre neuroni<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 afect\u00e2nd \u00een timp modul \u00een care g\u00e2ndim, dormim, sim\u021bim, iubim sau reac\u021bion\u0103m), inim\u0103 (infarct sau alte probleme cardio-vasculare), pl\u0103m\u00e2ni (hiperventila\u021bie), rinichi (insuficien\u021b\u0103 renal\u0103) p\u00e2n\u0103 la nas (de la cocain\u0103 se distruge ireversibil septul nazal), din\u021bi, piele. Deci, \u00een func\u021bie de substan\u021b\u0103 se pot produce \u0219i efecte ireversibile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impact social &amp; \u0219colar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conflicte \u00een rela\u021bii<\/strong>, izolare, schimbarea anturajului, situa\u021bii ru\u0219inoase\/traumatizante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performan\u021b\u0103 \u0219colar\u0103<\/strong>: oboseal\u0103, lips\u0103 de concentrare, absen\u021be, sc\u0103derea randamentului, am\u00e2nare\/abandon, pierderea oportunit\u0103\u021bilor (bac, admitere, licen\u021b\u0103, job).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comportament sexual riscant<\/strong> (mai ales \u00een combina\u021bie cu alcool).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Probleme cu legea<\/strong> (posesie\/consum, condus sub influen\u021b\u0103), amenzi\/dosar, consecin\u021be pe termen lung pentru oportunit\u0103\u021bi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Riscul cre\u0219te mult atunci c\u00e2nd drogurile sunt luate \u00een cantit\u0103\u021bi mari sau combinate cu alte substan\u021be.<\/strong> Cel mai sigur e s\u0103 nu consumi. O ancor\u0103 poate fi un adult de siguran\u021b\u0103, un coleg, un prieten cu care te sim\u021bi \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103, o activitate (sport, dans, citit, scris, voluntariat, timp cu anim\u0103lu\u021be, ascultat muzic\u0103 sau \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat ceva nou) care te regleaz\u0103, credin\u021ba, valorile personale sau un obiectiv la care \u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Cultiv\u0103 rela\u021biile \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bile care \u00ee\u021bi fac bine. Micro-sprijinul scade tendin\u021ba de a lua decizii riscante.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00centre mit \u0219i realitate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MIT: <\/strong>\u201eDoar o dat\u0103 \/ doar ocazional nu are efect.\u201d<strong><br>REALITATE: <\/strong>Chiar \u0219i o singur\u0103 dat\u0103 pot ap\u0103rea reac\u021bii nea\u0219teptate, pentru c\u0103 nu \u0219tii cum reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 corpul t\u0103u \u0219i, deseori, nici ce este \u00een produs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MIT: <\/strong>\u201eAlcoolul e un remediu pentru stres.\u201d<strong><br>REALITATE: <\/strong>Poate p\u0103rea relaxare, dar \u00ee\u021bi poate deregla somnul \u0219i afecta memoria, concentrarea \u0219i deciziile, adic\u0103 exact lucruri importante pentru parcursul t\u0103u educa\u021bional. \u00cen plus, c\u00e2nd este folosit pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 stresului, cre\u0219te riscul de consum repetat \u0219i dependen\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MIT: <\/strong>\u201e\u0218coala vie\u021bii e suficient\u0103. La ce-\u021bi trebuie facultate?\u201d<strong><br>REALITATE: <\/strong>\u201e\u0218coala vie\u021bii\u201d nu \u021bine loc de preg\u0103tire, competen\u021be \u0219i calificare; experien\u021ba de via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i educa\u021bia merg cel mai bine \u00eempreun\u0103.
